Departing Vietnam!

After a little bit of drama with whether to ship her to Vancouver or Seattle, Paradisean is finally on her way!

With the war in Iran and the associated disruption in shipping and surge in fuel price, we were definitely eager to have Paradisean depart the factory on time to keep the shipping quote from the shipping company Seven Seas Shipping. Thank you to the Seawind Factory team for addressing the various issues brought up. by the surveyor, all in time to meet the shipping deadline.

Paradisean is now safely loaded to her cargo ship, the Express Athens (IMO 9484948) on April 15 (Tax Day!) and is now enroute to Seattle. The estimated arrival date in Port of Seattle is May 12th. The track of Express Athens as of May 20th is below.
