Current Milestone: Final QC in Vietnam

The countdown is officially on. In exactly seven days, I'll be boarding a flight for Ho Chi Minh City for the final Quality Control survey of Paradisean.

This is a pivotal moment in our journey. After months of following the build through photos and emails, we’ll finally step aboard our Seawind 1370 to walk the decks, inspect the craftsmanship, and see the custom logo—with its tribute to our daughters—brought to life on the sails.

This survey is the final step before Paradisean begins her long transit to Seattle. We are on track for a mid-June arrival in the Pacific Northwest, where the final commissioning will take place before we officially move aboard this July.

What’s Next:

March 29 – April 1: On-site at the Seawind factory for the final survey.

April 2026: Final production completion and preparation for shipping.

June 2026: Arrival and commissioning in Seattle.

July 2026: The big move—starting our life as a live-aboard family!
